Programme détaillé

A full day, dense in content and essential for practicing ski touring, snowshoeing and off-piste skiing in safety. Ideal at the start of the season to relaunch your practice with confidence, and in addition to other mountain autonomy training.

> MANAGING A MULTI-BURIAL SITUATION 

> ORGANIZE A GROUP RESCUE FOR AVALANCHE VICTIMS

09h15 - 10h00 THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS IN THE ROOM

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

​12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. MEALS IN THE DINING ROOM OR OUTSIDE

​1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. MULTI-VICTIM SEARCH BRIEFING

2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. FIELD: TEAM RESEARCH ORGANIZATION

4:30 - 5:00 P.M. DEBRIEFING OF THE DAY

Material :

– Safety equipment (DVA with new batteries, metal shovel with handle, 2.40m probe)

- Cross-country skis or snowshoes

- Waterproof jacket 

- Thermal layer (down jacket or fleece) 

– Adapted trousers (water-repellent and sufficiently thick: ski touring, cross-country skiing, mountaineering) 

– 1 Pair of warm gloves and 1 pair of light gloves 

– Beanie and buff

- Sunglasses

- Solar cream

- 1L water bottle and/or thermos

- Cereal bars, seeds, dried fruits

- Picnic 

The price includes:

- Supervision

- Avalanche safety equipment, subject to availability

The price does not include:

- Transport to the place of departure

- Personal consumption
