Whether you are beginner, occasional useror experienced mountaineerThere are races to suit all abilities, from beginners to major races.

Good physical condition is important. Depending on the outing you choose, you may have to walk for several hours with a change in altitude, sometimes at altitude. I'll help you choose a route that's suited to your current level of fitness.

The number depends on the technical level:

  • Up to 5 people for an introduction to glaciers

  • 2 people for more demanding races

  • 1 person for major races or emblematic summits.

I will provide you with a precise list before each outing. In general :

  • Technical clothing (breathable, warm and waterproof)

  • Mountaineering boots, crampons, ice axe, harness, helmet

  • Gloves, glacier goggles, rucksack

  • Enough to sleep in a refuge if necessary for the outing.

I'm a qualified mountain professional, qualified to guide you in complete safety on alpine terrain, glaciers, rock or snow. My role is to accompany you, advise you and help you progress in the mountains, adapting each outing to your level.

  • Safety first and foremost risk assessment, route management and weather conditions.

  • Technical progress I can teach you the basics or help you perfect your skills.

  • Personalised experience Each outing is tailored to your objectives, wishes and abilities.

The weather is part of the game. Together, we'll decide:

  • Adapt the route or suggest an alternative outing
  • To postpone the race if possible

  • To cancel if conditions require (terms and conditions specified at the time of booking)
